The owner or representative, whose identity is stated above, requests and expressly accepts that:

• Costa Eestepona may manage and act as an intermediary in the sale WITHOUT EXCLUSIVITY, of the estate/land/property indicated above in agreement of the price and other conditions stated in this order sheet.
• Costa Estepona , represented by Don Domingo Márquez Moreno may receive from the owner or representative a commission of 5% on the real price or economic value of the purchase sale transaction or other operation finally agreed upon. The commission agreed upon will be paid to Costa Estepona if the operationtakes place and is payable upon signature of the sales contract of the property. If the sale or other operation does not take place, Costa Estepona will not receive any payment whatsoever.
• The owner or representative is bound by this contract to communicate all financial operations directly produced with people or entities interested in the property and presented by Costa Estepona. The owner or representative is also committed to communicate to Costa Estepona any changes that take place in the ownership of the property or sales conditions.
